He is excellent. He is so accommodating.

"I believe the staff did what they could do to accomodate this patient, as well as, all of our other patients. I do not know what specifically caused a rating of a "C" with staff, but they have been nothing but courtesy and friendly, knowledgable and caring. I would be interested to know exactly what caused a "C" grade so that it could be corrected, or possibly it was just a conflict of characters."
