We reviewed our ideas with the owner of Wise Renovators and drew up a schematic/plan for our screened-in porch. An architect/engineer created blue prints with the necessary structure to meet code. We met several times over the course of the build to address any changes, review placement of lights and electrical outlets, tile specifications, paint color, wall style, screen type, and door style.
Construction went well. Mother Nature and the City were our main obstacles. The crew for Wise Renovators was excellent – punctual, kept us in the know with what was scheduled, and cleaned up every day. The majority of the sub-contractors were outstanding as well - Special kudos to the electrical, siding and tile contractors.
