In the world of Auto Mechanics, honesty is typically not part of the job description. Tim Small is an exception. He has taken care of my cars for years. Tim and his staff do an excellent job, charge a fair rate, and will be straight forward with you. Apparently this reputation has gotten out to the public. He may not get your car out as fast as other places, but that is because so many people trust Tim. I certainly do.

They have always been very fair and reasonable. If something has not been right, they fix it. They do not mess up the car or anything. They never try to get extra service out of us.

Great tires for a very reasonable price. Fast and friendly service. We have been going to Tim Small Automotive for over 15 years and have never been disappointed. He has serviced all of our cars and motorcycles, and is very knowledgeable and reliable. We have never had an automotive need that he couldn't take care of for us. He is very accommodating and will work with you to match his services to what your needs are (with our older cars we just wanted the problems fixed for the least amount of money, so he would try to locate used parts, etc to bring the cost down). He has been available to inspect used cars for us before we purchase them, and has given us telephone advice for various automotive questions/issues that arise. We trust Tim completely, and highly reccommend his services.

He is local. He's very personable and he takes us in right away. He has done a few things on my car and has done a good job at it. He provides excellent service at a reasonable cost.

I own a Volvo and the repair work is always very expensive. One day my car overheated and I thought I killed the poor thing. I took the car in and Tim fixed it and now it's running great. Tim specializes in foreign cars and does a great job.
