I bought a new house from Keystone Homes that has had one problem after another. These issues happened six months after moving into our new home and have went unresolved. These are the following problems: 1. Problem with air conditioner not cooling house no matter how long it runs; house will not cool down lower than 78 degrees in the summer weather. 2. Problem with toilets not flushing properly; seems to be clogged and flushes poorly in both bathrooms. These problems were noted to Keystone and they would send someone out, but still never got the problems fixed after contacting them at least five times on both of these issues. I would never buy another home built by Keystone and would not recommend anyone else to purchase from them either.

MY PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN PLEASANT. THEY HAD TO COME BACK FIVE TIMES TO FIX THINGS. THEY DAMAGED THE FLOOR BY TRYING TO FIX THE CEILING. THE FLOOR IS STILL UNEVEN. THEIR PARENT COMPANY WENT BANKRUPT. IT'S BEEN HORRIBLE.
