I obtained Eric Schwandt's name from Angie's list.   I had been having some problems with my computer - I have Windows 8.1 which is unfathomable to me - and I needed some expert guidance to clarify issues (e.g., changing fonts on word and emails)  and provide guidance on what products would provide the security I wanted to keep my computer as safe as possible.  Eric came to my house and we looked over my computer and addressed the long list of questions I had for him.  He is a true professional and, because of the depth of his knowledge of computers and the operating systems, was able to update my anti-virus program,  fix  the 8.1 problems I was having, provide guidance on a back-up program, and explain it all in language that I could understand.   I was/am very pleased with the results.  I was especially pleased that Eric said he is available for telephonic questions should I run into any future difficulties.

We have used J.S. Systems for several years. Eric is so knowledgeable that he has removed all that hair pulling frustration of computer ownership. We take all new computers to him so he can set them up and the user is ready to go. He also has cleaned up older computers for us to pass on to others. When we have any computer problem that we can't solve, Eric is the first appointment we make. Eric is completely honest and we feel 100% safe with him handling our sensitive information.
