There was no friendly atmosphere. The last doctor I just didn't care for at all. I thought why am I here. So I went somewhere else closer to me. There were times I called and the phone just rang and rang and rang. They have records and I probably would use them again.

I had a sick puppy - 3 months old - sweetest, most gentle puppy ever. He seemed to have developed a UTI so I took him to a nearby vet's office, James Landing. My dog wasn't exactly diagnosed. He had his bladder drained and was given antibiotics and a special food because my pup wasn't eating.
After draining my dogs bladder a couple times, we realize this wasn't doing anything. Unfortunately, by the time we got him to another vet, it was too late. Maybe it was something that was inevitable but at least we could've put him out of his misery sooner. He wasn't eating, drinking, or peeing. When we finally took him to Bel Aire Vet (the vet my parents used for 20 years), Dr Packard did X-rays, ultrasounds, and even performed laser therapy at no cost simply becaus

We have never had any problems with them. They are always prompt on our visits and make sure to answer our questions as well. They always do a good job and we are pleased with the service. They are compassionate and the place is immaculate.
