We had a 9am appointment and about 20 minutes in advance, Barry called to let me know he was on his way.  As promised, at 9am, he rang the door bell.  Barry was professional and efficient.  He let me know what was required to care for the door going forward and the entire service call took less than an hour.  Thanks for the great service!

Joe the technician did exactly as he promised!  
He replaced the spring, set the tension, re-installed the cables, and then tested the door several ways to be sure it was functioning correctly. Everything (including cleanup) was completed in about 30 minutes, which was wonderful!
Joe was very polite & efficient.  He even took the broken spring (which was greasy & dirty) with him for disposal.
