I have now placed several orders with FLS, and highly recommend this company. The service I have received has been exceptional...and service was need as my order was complicated. There were a few complex issues which arose with the manufacturers involved with more order and FLS jumped through hoops to escalate several issues with those entities. I can honestly say they went above and beyond to take care of me and ensure my order processing went as I expected. While my first order was large, I have consistently continued to work with them with smaller orders and the same great service has been extended to me.

Sales person was very helpful without being overbearing, spent a lot of time (about closing time on a Saturday) for a relatively modest purchase. Price seemed good for the quality of the furniture. Sales process reasonably painless, if not super fast. Estimated delivery was 6-10 weeks, they called after 3-4 weeks and said everything had arrived, and scheduled actual delivery the following week. Delivery truck was on time at the start of the delivery window, and the 2 guys did a good careful job of carrying in the furniture and assembling the table. They even recommended I put felt pads on bottoms of the chair legs to protect the hardwood floor (which I was going to do anyway).
