Porch railings, wooden, were a mess. They had shrunken over the years. These were completely refurbished - look like new.
Multiple pieces of molding were replaced, primed, painted.
Ceilings of carport and porch were painted.
Replacement paint was a perfect match with the existing color.
Dormers, which Elite had resided last year, also got another coat. Gutters at one spot were replaced. All were cleaned.
Windows were trim painted as were all the screens. All windows were washed at completion. Screens replaced
Not one drop of paint out of place. Total clean up of equipment each night with area swept.
