Astrid went above and beyond the call of duty on my townhouse. She had an issue with the spigot on the outside of the house and called in someone to fix it as I was out of town. Her crew did an excellent job cleaning. She is very trustworthy and cares about the happiness of the customer. I would definitely hire again!

Astrid and her team have been cleaning my home for 3 years twice per month.  She is honest, reliable and her quality of work is excellent.  I've used other services where I felt the cleaning was superficial, but Astrid really takes the time to do a detailed cleaning every single time.  They move the couches and end tables to vacuum underneath every single time--- I don't even do that!  

The same two ladies, Angy and Ovy, have been cleaning my house the whole time and they're wonderful and kind to my children and have taken the time to get to know what I like and don't like in terms of little details.  In 3 years I have never had a complaint or issue. I highly recommend Astrid and her team.

Terrible, she did our house bi weekly for two months in which time, employees talked on their cell phones after a completing a job in driveway, they did not clean any of the floors one time, left external doors to our house open. The services are not cheap, you also have to buy your own supplies. By far the most expensive and least efficient cleaner we have used

I highly recommend Astrid for her home cleaning service. She does an amazing job of cleaning you home top to bottom. Nothing is left untouched! She is reliable and flexible when you need to switch your cleaning day. I've been beyond pleased!

Astrid's Detailed Cleaning has cleaned my houses for the last 15 years.  I cannot say enough great things about the service they have and continue to provide.  They are extremely honest, thorough, timely,  I have recommended their services to more than a few of my friends and acquaintances and will continue to do so.  No one I have ever recommended them to has had less than positive feedback.  I wish I had known Astrid had been on Angie's List earlier so that I may have shared my 15 years of experience with her company sooner.

Very professional, and very detailed about the cleaning.

I used Astrid after reading all the raving reviews. The first and second cleanings were spotless when Astrid was involved. The cleanings that came afterward were okay, but the girls did not do all that was promised. Also, from the very beginning, Astrid required that I provide all the supplies and she specifically wanted very expensive swiffer brand dusters. I had to pay her $10 extra per cleaning just so I wouldn't have to deal with the hassle of constantly providing the supplies if they ran out. The last cleaning was horrible. She sent new girls that broke a very expensive bottle of medicine, they left dirty rags in the bath tub, the sinks were still dirty, and they damaged copper sinks in my kitchen by using harsh chemicals that they were specifically instructed not to use. When I confronted her with these issues, she told me that I needed to be more understanding since sometimes she sends in new girls. That is extremely unprofessional. I will never use her company again and would never suggest any one else to either.

There is not good enough words that I can say about ASTRID DETAILED CLEANING. Your home is clean you don't want to even walk into your home. It is clean from top to bottom, plus blinds and windows, floods, furniture, kitchen. I will put it this way, after ASTRID finishes cleaning, go back your home without shoes. She wonderful, and smiles all the time. THANK YOU ANGIE! That would be between ASTRID and her customer.

We have found the last cleaning service we will ever need! Astrid takes great pride in her business, personally trains her workers, and requires constant feedback from her customers as to how the job is being performed. In this sort of business, there are at least 3 things that are paramount - honesty, attention to detail (cleaning under things, not just around them), and a fair price for services rendered. Astrid and her team easily exceed each of these thresholds. Kind, fair, competent, honest, professional, attention to detail, and punctual. What other traits could you possibly ask for in someone that is trusted around the things so precious to you? HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Phil

Selecting Astrid's Detailed Cleaning service after reading positive reviews from Angie's List, I contacted this service to request general house cleaning. I spoke with Astrid Mesa who set up an appointed time to come and appraise the details of my cleaning needs. After doing a detailed review of my house with Astrid, she explained she would then talk with her crew and would call me to give an estimate of cost based upon my specified cleaning needs. She gave a prompt return call stating fee required; from there we set up a time for my house cleaning. Upon arrival of Astrid and her crew, we were introduced , detailed instructions given to her crew, and then they promptly set to work. I left for errands, and when I returned I found my house to have been expertly cleaned, over and beyond that which I expected. I was very pleased with their work, as well as with their friendliness and professionalism. I highly recommend them!

Top-notch cleaning service in every regard.

She is reliable, flexible, and she does a good job. She cleans specialized areas, and I have been using her for a couple of years. I would recommend her. Definitely an A for responsiveness, and a B for punctuality.
