Window Gang

The office called me about 20 minutes before the scheduled appointment to inform me that the gentlemen were running a little late. The gentlemen actually arrived 1.5 hours late for the appointment. They were very apologetic when they arrived. The gentlemen were very professional. They cleaned all of the windows great except for some streaks on a large window at the front of my house. They did try to remove the streaks but they were unsuccessful. They cleaned the window sills also. I had asked to have the gutters cleaned, but the gentleman told me that my gutters weren't really dirty and that they didn't need to be cleaned. I greatly appreciated the honesty and professionalism of these 2 gentlemen. Even though I was annoyed that they were so late, they explained why and apologized as soon as I opened the door. I greatly appreciated the honesty and professionalism of the 2 crew members. I will most likely use this service again.
