+ -1 moreI could not have been happier with the service that Vital Signs provided. If I could have given them A++ on the Angie's List rating scale, I would have. In spite of calling them at the height of the holiday season and only three days before I needed the banner, they were quick to respond and did incredible follow-up by phone and on line to be sure that the banner was exactly what I wanted. They somehow took a very old photo and combined it with their creative color and font ideas to made a banner that was better than I could have ever hoped for.
Description of Work: Designed and made a large outdoor birthday banner.
