Despite the challenges of being 400 feet from the road, unplowed driveway, and seriously cold temperatures, the driver managed to get my vehicle onto the wrecker. He definitely knew how to manage the difficulties presented by the snow and cold. He was also very professional, pleasant and patient. I can't say enough good things about this young man. In addition, the company's responses were timely and professional. If I ever need towing again, this is who I will call.

They were cheaper than every other place we called. They're friendly, they're polite and they're very responsive when we needed them for a tow. Just a good local business.

I went in thinking we needed tires but they told us we had at least several thousand miles left on our tires and that all we needed was an alignment. I thought that was very honest of them since several other companies had previously told us we needed tires. I will use them again in the future.

I lost 1600 and actually had to go to court with them. My car was there for over a month, and half the bumper was not even bolted on to my vehicle when I got it back. There was no power going to the a/c unit and it was not even working, which was the whole reason I went in to begin with. The loaner car they gave me was a piece of junk, the brakes did not work and I ended up in an accident in the car they loaned me. They then tried to take legal action against me for this wreck. It was a horrible experience.
