The guy showed up right on time.  He covered my seats, dashboard, and the hood of my car.  He removed my damaged windshield with a super tool to help navigate the windshield out of my car, next, he situated the new windshield in its place, ever so carefully, again, using nifty tools.  He told me to let the glass sit for a few hours before I drive it.  He even vacuumed the entire car for any pieces of glass.  He was tidy, prompt, efficient, professional, and friendly.
