Description of Work: I needed the windshield replaced in my Camri and they went over all kinds of types that would fit for my car and the pricing differences, all very efficiently. The office staff was extremely courteous and so were the workers.

Description of Work: They replaced my windshield. Service was fast, and professional. I would definitely use them again. I could have used my insurance to pay but paid cash instead. It was a good value for what they did--convenience, what I needed and yuck replacement.

Description of Work: The main problem was that the person who showed up showed up many hours late. I recommended that replacing a corvette windshield in the dark was not a good idea. He stated that it had to be done at the time or I would have to be re scheduled for a later (not sure when time). He could not see in the dark and broke the wind shield wiper blade as a result when it became pinned under the hood. The company did try to fix the problem but eventually I figured it out. All my other experiences with this company have been good and I plan on using them again. This was caused by one individual.

+ -1 moreThe guy showed up right on time. He covered my seats, dashboard, and the hood of my car. He removed my damaged windshield with a super tool to help navigate the windshield out of my car, next, he situated the new windshield in its place, ever so carefully, again, using nifty tools. He told me to let the glass sit for a few hours before I drive it. He even vacuumed the entire car for any pieces of glass. He was tidy, prompt, efficient, professional, and friendly.
Description of Work: Safelite replaced my cracked windshield, right in my driveway.
