ROYAL STEAMERS

Worst experience ever! It took her all of 15 minutes to do a job that has taken 2 people at least an hour in the past! She didn't clean all of the way up to the baseboards, I discovered this after she left. There were what looked to be dirty spots on the carpet which she said was because it was wet. The following morning, my husband who doesn't notice much, said the carpets were dirtier than before we had them cleaned!, There were spots where previously there had not been any! When I called the owner, he tried to explain it away. I told him I had my carpets cleaned numerous times and they never looked like this! Why have them cleaned if they're dirtier then they were before cleaning! They must have used dirty water, the owner wanted to send her back ( it was his daughter) , I told him I just wanted my check cancelled, which he said they would do! The check cleared and I have called him a couple of times since and am still waiting for a refund to be sent via the mail, it has been 2 1/2 weeks since they were here!
