From day one our exerience was unsatisfactory. From the simple to the complex the agent didn't 'appear' to know what was going on. The first clue was when the FOR SALE sign was hung at an angle on the front yard and when we had to rewrite the online home description and provide our own additional pictures. Throughout the for sale period it was difficult to get information from her. As it got towards the end of the escrow for closing she appeared to have difficulty coordinating with the lawyer and buyers for an accurate closing cost and closing date which surprised me based on previous real estate transactions. Bottom-line; we sold our house for what we wanted to, but the entire transaction was not as professional as it should have been or as good as we wanted it to be.
