Go with Dave Zelinksi and his team at Realty World Today! They are by far the best team in the region and have my highest recommendation!!! He has managed my rental property since 2006, and then sold it in record time when we put it on the market in 2018. As a property manager he was more reliable than just about anything I can think of, including the three Toyotas we owned as a family during that time (and those were tough and reliable!). He or his team are prompt, informative, and clear in their communication. Their experience and knowledge of the real estate market sets the benchmark in the area! Not once did my home go without a tenant in 12 years of his management. He, or a trusted professional, personally inspected and maintained my home, providing me options when necessary for larger repairs. Only after learning of the experiences of others did I realize just how fortunate I was that a trusted friend recommended Dave to me back in 2006. I would recommend Dave and his team with the highest enthusiasm to anyone getting involved in the real estate market in eastern Carolina. To benchmark my trust with Dave and his team, since they began managing my property in 2006, I have deployed twice to Iraq, and then to Japan for 3 years - not once did I worry about, even a little, about my property being in good hands with Dave. Rent checks were posted on time each month, routine checks on the house, background checks on tenants, etc ran like clockwork. When it came time for us to sell, Dave was thoroughly researched on the market, answered both my specific questions, and seeming random inquiries into the macroeconomics of the real estate market. If he couldn't get me a good response within a few hours I would hear from one of his team members. The weekend before we went to closing I picked up the flu and couldn't travel to closing as planned. His team worked with the buyer and closing attorney to support a distance closing. Couldn't imagine a better outcome or support!! I read a while ago when reviewing a service or product you're thoroughly impressed with, it is important to address a con or flaw to provide some balance - so in the case of Dave and Realty World Today, I don't believe they have a smartphone app for property owners to manage their properties. However, their website and owners portal is WAY too easy to use, but it's not an app. So there's a con. I enthusiastically recommend Dave and his team at Realty World Today to represent you in the purchase, sale, or management of property!!

Absolutely awesome company to rent from. David and Jo were awesome to work with. They were professional, fast and really let you know that your business was appreciated. Rob and the nice ladies working in the office did an awesome job with any task requested. If any item broke, they dispatched a contractor that day (normally within 3 hours) to fix the issue. As a property manager, they were understanding and didn't try to nickel and dime me as a renter for normal wear and tear on the house. Reality World Today is a true professional company and if i ever get stationed back in the area they are the only company that will get my business.

From the initial meeting to all the follow up meetings and contact, David was very professional. He did exactly what he said he would do and always in a timely manner. He has taken excellent care of our home and been with us every step of the way. We will continue to use him to manage our property now and in the future.

The prices at Realty World Today are reasonable. We also used them three years previously. They are pretty good at notifying us right away if anything goes wrong in the house and give us options on having it repaired.

I've used them for about 8 years and have always been pleased with them.
