Ray Evans

Ray was recommended to us through 2 friends.  My husband and I were impressed when we found out they were both talking about the same realtor.  I like Ray's knowledge of the area.  I liked the way he explained the "in's and out's" of the whole process.  He doesn't mind answering lots of questions.  We did not use our previous realtor for this reason.  Our previous realtor did not try to teach or expound on our questions, I felt we were uninformed on several details of our first house purchase. This house being the 2nd "go 'round" we were ready to ask away on all of the fine details of every home we looked at.  I'm glad we did our homework with our real estate agent this time.  It paid off to find someone with as much knowledge of this area, and a real "go getter". We have since recommended him to everyone we know.  I am very happy to introduce him here on the Angie's List platform with an "A" grade. Very, very happy customer.
The amount we paid was the 6% that came out of the sale of our home (the typical fee for all realtors in our area).
