OVERHEAD DOOR

It took me three day calling each day to get an appointment. I was told I would receive a call back with an appointment. I finally received a appoint through a text format at 5:59 PM, really??? I made a call through another company during lunch and received a appointment this very afternoon at 2:00. Tech text me at 1:45 and was tech was there... I requested for a call back with the manager..... No call, excuses each day, terrible customer service... Lacks service and general customer services...

We went in hoping to find a part to fix our neighbors garage door. They didn't have it in stock but the gentleman ordered it and had it the very next day. Super kind and extremely helpful! Thank you for helping us help our neighbor!!!

It has been a long while since we worked with them but their work has lasted over a decade and they worked very quickly.

Service provider called before arrival (which was great as I was running late to pick up my child) didn't mind waiting, and was very friendly and repaired the door.

Bad day- I left my purse at work so I was unable to pay for the service.  I explained I would not be able to submit payment same day, technician stated they were flexible and I could call in payment the following day or wait for a bill to arrive in the mail.

Excellent customer service.  Will recommend to friends.

Both times that he came over he was on time. First time to check out the garage door and the second time to replace it. I explain that the door was jammed plus I wanted to replace the garage door because it was pretty beat up. He temporary fixed my garage door and I got a price for a new one. Less than a week he was back with my new door. It didn't take him long to replace my door. He took away the old door, cleaned his mess and put the garage as it was before he showed up. He was very professional and friendly. Wasn't pushy in any means. I highly recommend this company for the service they have given me.

They replaced the whole garage door including the springs and locks. They were punctual and efficient. They did great work.

The doors are still in good shape and they've had no problems. I basically went to all the stores and looked at all the doors then the private places and they seemed pretty straight. The service was good, it was on time and personalized. We had no reason to call them back. Their prices were just as good as the other stores.
