The driver picked up my cleaning within 30 minutes of the expected time. He explained that Monday's are the busiest day for pick-up because Marines normally select that day so that they can get their BDUs back by Thursday. I didn't need to be home for the pick-up but I was able to be there.
My cleaning was returned on Thursday as promised and my credit card billed for the expected amount. I wasn't home when he came by, so he left my cleaning in the spot I had designated.
The cleaning job was professionally done and the vendor was very responsive. I will use them again.
