They were very efficient and the bugs are gone.  She was very courteous and explained about the problem and was very concerned about how the cats would take the spray.  Everything was animal friendly.  She was extremely caring.

I was very impressed with how quickly Modern Exterminating got back to me. I wrote them using Angie's List and went outside to toss the frisbee with my dog and missed their email response, a call from their office, and a call from an agent in my area. I called back and Joe said he could be at my home in 20 minutes. Wow!
Not only that, but he expelled my worries about the type of bugs I have been seeing as he pointed out the type of spiders and roaches that were scurrying away from his flashlight. He also told me about the common behaviors of these pests and when they come out and when they tend move indoors. He put on shoe coverings when entering the home, insisted that I didn't need to sign or pay until he was finished and satisfied, and then told me about the different options for routine service.
They estimated $80 at the most without seeing my home, but in the end it only cost $75. I also signed up for the quarterly service because I was so pleased with the price and service.

The company was very helpful. They went above and beyond to help me get the paperwork in to the mortgage company so our closing date could be set. The appointment was set for the technician to come out and he did so promptly. The office staff was also great.

The service technician pointed out two areas of concern for termites. One I was aware of the other I was not so that was helpful.

Recently my wife and I have had a bed bug infestation in our bedroom.  After seeing the other reviews on Angie's list, we decided to go with Modern Exterminator, and boy are we glad we did.  I want to start by saying I hardly ever take the time to write a review.  However, After the service today, I felt compelled to take a few minutes and write about our experience.  The first thing that impressed me was the prompt response by the technician.  His name is Len Duckworth, and he was very professional.  Upon arriving, he immediately assessed the area, made some helpful suggestions on what we could do, and let us make the decision.  He was very professional, and not pushy at all.  We cleaned out the room and bagged everything up, and called him back to come and spray later that same day.  He was very kind and did a thorough job.  He left such an impression on us, that my wife even baked him cookies! 

After this type of professional treatment, I know for sure that from this point on we will definitely be using Modern Exterminator as our pest control source!

I have a home warranty so i called them up one when i found some termite stuff going on. First of all they didn't want to send me anyone i had to talk to like 3 managers to get em to send anyone out here and i had to b@#$h and complain. They finally sent someone out here and they didn't do anything and they didn't spray. They said "oh yea your fine". I said "no i'm not fine ". "I used to work for "Terminex" i know that i'm not fine i know what termite damage looks like". I was very displeased with them .

Len Duckworth is an extraordinary pest control pro.  He immediately impressed us with his exercise in pest identification insect habits and best treatment plan.  He applied the appropriate (pet friendly) spray along all baseboards in kitchen and bathrooms.  He injected pest control on all casinent door hinges.  He set bait traps for pest (German cockroach)

We call them in when the cockroaches come out. It does not cost very much. They are prompt, if they say they are going to be here, thy are going to be here. If they are not, they give you a courtesy call to let you know. I have never had a problem with them or the technician that comes out. They are really affordable. They are thorough and get all the areas. They do a 360 walk around for the inspection and do the inside too. They are very professional. If they note a problem, they show you where the problem is and corrective actions you can take to help them and help yourself.

We've used him for a few years now.  They come when we tell them and are easy to work with.  They're friendly and we've never had any problems...or fleas!  I will absolutely continue to use them.

The service came with the house and we kept them coming; we haven’t had any problems.

They services is convenient and they do it every year at the same time. They also call and make an appointment and just come out for a yearly termite inspection.

We've been using Modern Exterminating for two years now and are pleased with their service.  Their service plans and pricing tiers are comparable to the local competitors.  We do like the company's ability to keep the same technician to provide our quarterly pest control services. If we have any pest problems we can call our designated serve technician and he'll be sure to show up to follow-up on any problems.
