Wonderful she brings all of her own supplies and always asks if there are any changes that we would like to have made to the cleaning list she planned with us.

She blamed me for not getting our dates scheduled and she was just rude. She gave me a sob story about how she could not clean my house because she had to clean 14 houses by herself. I would not use her because she cannot accept responsiblity for her mistakes and call people on time to make sure appointments were squared away. Very unprofessional.

Punctual and comparably priced. Appeared to work hard and spent 6 hours in the home. Unfortunately the actual cleaning was not satisfactory. Counters not cleaned, doors and light switches not cleaned, mirrors and appliances marginally wiped-down. The cleaning effort could best be described as a 'inadequate dusting and marginal sweeping attempt'.
