Hurricane Irene dropped trees on my property which they were payed to remove . They were also payed to remove stumps from said downed trees. They removed the trees that were on my garage to my front yard, where they stayed until the state came to pick them up. Mr. Lacey himself cut and dropped an enormous tree in the wooded area of my property which had nothing to do with the damage , and in doing so, created a whole new mess that also had to be dealt with. He never finished what he was paid to do, never responded to any of my phone calls or messages/texts. I ended up having to spend around $1800.00 to clean up the mess in the woods and payed 2 other individuals $2,000.00 to finish cleaning the mess he never finished. He and his crew also damaged my neighbors driveway and have yet to come and repair it or contact my neighbor about it. The last conversation I had with Mr. Lacey was in Nov. in which he assured my neighbor the driveway would be repaired , it is now the end of April 2012 and surprise, no word from them whatsoever.
