I CALLED AND SPOKE WITH TIM TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT TO GET A QUOTE FOR WORK. TIM WAS VERY POLITE, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND UNDERSTANDING. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING NEEDED AND REQUIRED TO DO THE WORK. HE SAID THE QUOTE WOULD BE READY IN A COUPLE OF DAYS AND THE AMOUNT WAS VERY FAVORABLE. THE DATE FOR THE WORK WAS SET. THE ELECTRICIANS, DALTON, PAUL AND MAX ARRIVED AND WENT RIGHT TO WORK AFTER EXPLAINING TO US, IN DEPTH, WHAT EXACTLY THEY WERE GOING TO DO. ALL THREE WERE VERY RESPECTFUL, POLITE AND DEFINITELY KNEW WHAT TO DO AND DIDN'T STOP UNTIL THE WORK WAS COMPLETED. NEVER WASTED TIME! GREAT CREW AND VERY PLEASANT TO TALK TO. A CREDIT TO THE JOHN STARZ COMPANY.

Everything went well and on schedule. I have moved from the area so will not be using him again.
