Great! Affordable AND extremely competent! Only concern was that the facilities are kind of old and a little dirty. But... I’d go here any day rather than the more “posh” facilities because the care was excellent and the staff is very good!

They?re very professional in their job. Price is a little high sometimes or a lot of times. The building needs to be renovated. They are trying slowly but surely doing it. The gentleman that owned it finally retired. Vets that worked with him bought it from him and now they run it, so they?ve been trying to make changes. This building must have been built back in the 50?s. It was all cinder blocks, it looks like. If I didn?t like them, I wouldn?t be going back. We?ve been going to them for over 30 years. Everybody keeps telling us to go to another vet, but I don?t really know about the place and I don?t really want to go there. They don?t have a separate waiting room, so everyone that?s in the store is coming by and they want to pet you dog or the kids get too close; the dog?s already freaking out to begin with. Then you?ve got people bringing their dogs into the store and they?re getting upset about that. Something?s waiting to happen.

Dr. Koh is amazing, Dr. Thomas is amazing and Dr. Brown is amazing. Dr. Brown has been seeing Bandit for the last few months following a skin condition and I trust her judgement. I will miss her very much when she moves. Tammy at the College View location is so incredibly sweet. I have gotten to know her well over the last year as we go in every 2 weeks or so to buy more dog food. The staff here is incredible. Our last visit I had the pleasure of meeting Eva for the 1st time. She is incredibly sweet and I look forward to any time she will be in the exam room with Bandit. All the young ladies at the office have been super sweet to bandit & our whole family. I can't speak for general cost because we have been seen for a huge variety of ailments but overall I have no complaints from any charges we have had so far.

Cleaned Jack's teeth as well as he had to pull some teeth! Procedure went very well, Dr Martin is very professional, but what I like about it that he genuinely cares about all pets!!::

Was a work in and had to wait a while,but the staff and Doctor Martin were great.

They were exceptional. When my dog died, they sent me a card and the whole office signed it. I was really touched by that. They are obviously all pet lovers in there and they genuinely cared about my dog. I really appreciate that they were very personal with me.

Jacksonville Veterinary Hospital

Jacksonville Veterinary Hospital, has an office close to me, and a couple new veterinarians on board now. I really like and totally trust. I am happy with them and have been with one a lot this year beacause, my dog has health issues.

As always, they followed my request regarding anesthesia protocol (greyhounds are different). My Gracie was well monitored and recovered quickly. All bandage changes - and there were several - were done at no additional charge.

The way the team at Jacksonville Veterinary Hospital did the process was incredible. They have 4 vets and they are all experienced. They knew what they were doing and they had an intuition with the pets. The process was completed and the healing was phenomenal. Both of my puppies are doing great now. They told me to come back after a week to get the staples out of the puppy but, it had not healed yet so I had to go back a third time. They did not charge me for those visits. I had a nice experience with them.
