J & O Painting & Pressure Washing

Jeff did an outstanding job!!! I hired Jeff without even meeting him since I was still out of town and wanted my home painted prior to move in. We discussed everything over the phone. He was very professional and very trustworthy. His attention to detail is immaculate! I have never seen such an amazing job in painting as his work. He even accepted my delivery packages and mail as they came. I would definitely hire Jeff again for future jobs. Thank you Jeff!

Off and on over the course of about two months, Jeff came over to knock out my to-do list for our home in Escoba Bay, that we were originally trying to sell and later re-rented. Jeff custom painted the house inside and out back in 2007 (and pressure washed), to include the long, covered front porch and large back deck. He did a magnificent job then and still does! As I found something else I needed, I just added it to the list. The biggest project, the 300 s/f back deck w/lattice we did as a quote, and as the miscellaneous stuff was added Jeff either gave smaller quotes or did time and material. I paid an initial deposit to get him started on the deck and exterior doors, then paid the balance of the deck and smaller sums as we went along and my list continually grew! Jeff is great to work with, very professional and friendly, and very tidy. He's flexible with his time and payment and as Jeff says with a grin, and quot;[he's] the best painter [he] knows.and quot; He's right! Jeff's work is meticulous. He goes above and beyond and was even tightening cabinet screws and doing other little adjustments here and there that he saw were needed. Just because he's that kind of person! We wouldn't use anyone else! In fact, we like Jeff so much that we've even had Jeff come up to VA to paint our house there and we're getting ready to ask him again! You won't be disappointed. Couldn't have gone better. Very customer friendly and professional in everything he did and his quality of work exceeded my expectations. His attention to detail and desire to do it right the first time was appreciated. His hours are flexible and he is willing to put in the extra effort so it may take a little longer than expected but I will definitely be hiring him again for all future work of this kind. Everything looks new and i know it will last for a few years now instead of a single season.

Overall, the work was worth the price (even though it's difficult to spend any large amount of money these days). I would not hesitate to call upon Mr. Ockuly again to paint/pressure wash our home though or recommend him to our friends.
