Honey Do Lawn Care

My only complaint is that there were large amounts of leaves found right behind our neighbors fence, and next to their house. I don't know that he did it necessarily, but we received a complaint from our neighbor that he blew them into his yard. Our backyard is not fenced, so the day after Don left, our yard was covered in leaves again, which was the main reason we wanted our yard done. But with that said, our lawn did look amazing when Don left.

Honey Do Lawn Care is so great, I wrote this twice when my laptop died and lost what I typed. This lawn service company is a winner.

They are great communicators.
* I received a text message today to let me know they would be servicing my house later in the day. That gave me enough heads up to pick up dog toys and unlock the gate.
* After a visit they tape a preaddressed envelope to the front door. I use that envelope to send a check payment.

They do quality lawn service
* They use good equipment. Grass is evenly cut.
* He cuts, weedeats, edges, blows clippings away. Today when I drove up, this man was pulling tall growth from the top edges of the culvert that runs on a side of the yard. Now that's some legit lawn care. Most people would have cut them, if I paid them extra, only for them to grow back. He pulled them out by the root. By the way, they also maintain the culvert that runs on one side of the home/fence and behind the fence.

Was glad to find other great reviews for Honey-Do Lawn Care on Angie's List after my previous lawn guy stopped showing up after skipping cuts due to the rain (when does it Not rain here?) I called them, and Don was here within an hour or so to give me an estimate. He cut the grass the next day.

I'd highly recommend this company.

I contacted Don at Honey Do, via Email as I am currently not in country. My wife being pregnant (still trying to cut grass) Finally allowed me to hire someone to do the work. I E-mailed Don and he jumped right on it! provided a Great quote and even provided long term service quotes. We accepted terms and Don got right to work. Services were performed within 48 hours of acceptance of terms. Don did an AMAZING job and was very methodical with every aspect of the yard. My wife stated yard looked best it has since we moved in. Thank you much for your assistance and rapid response. Services provided were top notch and we are currently working to have Don do some other landscaping for us real soon. I will review that when services are complete.

My husband was returning from Afghanistan in just a few days, and I wanted our lawn to have it's final manicure. Due to moving from Jacksonville, my yard man wasn't available, but he suggested Honey Do Lawn Service to me. When I called and explained the situation, he told me he doesn't normally do a yard just one time, but that he would make an exception and take care of it for me. And he did. He made room in his schedule for me and came and took care of our lawn before my husband returned. He did good work, and was kind and polite as well. I would definitely use his service again.

Wow!! Don was very professional and did a great job! Our yard was in serious need of care. We were moving and had not been able to keep it up. Don came in and reclaimed our yard. He worked diligently and did a great job. We had a large play set in our backyard and needed it removed. He was able to take it down and hauled it off including some old fence we no longer needed. Everything was done promply and professionally. I would definitely recommend Honey Do Lawn Care to my friends.

this was a large challenge, Don worked at a steady pace and was never without a smile. He displayed his total ability to
properly operate all of his tools and equipment. when he first saw this yard and it's very sad state/condition. he told me what he
would do as we walked every area of my property. he came on the agreed date and after the work was completed accepted
my check as agreed. NOTE I was at home for 90% of the time and he would check with me as he was completing a
section of work (if i was outside) to insure quality of his work met my standards; they did every time. Highly recommended.

The price was pretty reasonable. They did a great job and they were easy to deal with.

Overall, we had a very good experience with Don. He showed up when he said and stayed for the length of time he said he was going to stay. He originally thought our large yard would only take two days, but it ended up taking him four days of hard work to get it done. He stuck with original price even with the added days. Another vendor asked for almost $1,100 for the same work.
