It was a quick process to go in and get the pole. When I was done I went though self checkout. They are always friendly, and are more on top of it than Lowes. What they don't have Lowe's will have though. I like going into Home Depot more, because it is set up better.

Now, the quality of service was awful. Window wrap was dented and cut at incorrect angles leaving gaps and overlaps. Hammer marks were showing everywhere. Caulking wasn't done around the seams. The wrap was left hanging out of the bottom of the siding. I was never given the opportunity to inspect varioius phases of the project. My yard was left FULL of nails...I have two you children and, at that time, three dogs. My gutters and drip edges were damaged in the process. The painters didn't paint the house evently, cutting on on some edges and not using the same edging aroudn the house. The tried to get away with NOT painting the trim and painting around my gutters. Sections of the house were left unpainted - my porch rails were pulled off the house and not put back on. It took over a year to get the project completed, but in the end, I have an expensive siding job with trailer park windows.

The things did not go so good. They installed wrong windows on 3 separate occasions. Once they got the correct windows, the binalclad wrap was installed incorrectly so they had to redo that. I am in the process of removing the mold that was supposed to be resistant.

I first contacted MR. Webber ( who is no longer employed by Home depot)in may of 2013 to get my roof replaced. He did send me a contract for 5200 for replacement of roof alone. I hesitated and wanted to wait to see if I can get a better price. I contacted him again a few months later, in Nov of 2013 and he said he doesn't work for home depot and he works for a different company now. As a result, I contacted home depot again for another sales representative to come by and measure and go though the process again. I had Ben Giardi come out and measure and gave me a price of 4080. I definitely accepted it and signed a contract to have the work done and paid 1000 deposit on Jan 18th. Feb 8th, having heard nothing yet I called them to check on the status and they said the job was cancelled. I was very upset since no one contacted me, I called their 800 number for them to say the job was cancelled because it was an attached ceiling. WHat? I mean both sales people came out and measured and saw that it was an attached ceiling.
They refunded my deposit but the experience was very stressful.

The disapointment was that not only do they not install, but the recommendation process is not very good. They took my information and pass it to a company that does resurface/remodel. I simply wanted to change out a unit. The price was ridiculous to have never seen my home. I went another route and had the work done in a day with a fair price.

They have been really good. I having them come in tomorrow to do the final layout to make sure everything is going to fit right. They are very professional. They are on time. They did what I asked them to do, as far as doing the diagram and stuff. They are very organized. They had three appointments and they blew me off three times.

It went fairly good. I think they have contractors that come out to do it. They treated me good, fairly, and respectful and up front. The roof turned out well.

Mostly, they got a higher price than other shops. But some of their items are also cheaper compared to others. They still got a good service so I am still satisfied when I am shopping with them.

I am very pleased with them. They did a very good job, and they did it to specifications. The price was excellent.
