His Masters Chimney Sweep and Carpet Cleaning

Showed up 2 hours late, i left to finish moving, called several times to get estimate of how long it would it take, kept adding time. overall i could've done what they did myself and just had someone come just for the chimney inspection.

This man preys on military families..he starts the work then tells you at a later time after work is done it will cost more than they thought..he knows as military he will get paid all he has to do is notify your command. He completed work that was not authorized and when we called him out on it had his employee stop in the middle of a paint job. When asked why he started work without price quote or approval he stated he was just trying to help and if he didn't get paid it would have just been his lost. On numberious phone calls no recipet of work has been given and the job was not completed. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY especially my fellow military brothers and sisters

They gave me an estimate of $280.00 for this job. They knew the extent of the job and the totality of what was to be done. They came, started the work and then said the bill would be $400.00 because it was "more than they thought". They have been unresponsive to phone calls, certified mail and other forms of communication. As we were moving out of this house and I had a brand new baby 2 weeks before Christmas, they had me over a barrel and they knew it, but they are taking advantage of people who are receiving orders or having to move quickly or getting bad news and having to take action at a bad time. For a military community, it is not right to take advantage of people at the worst times of their lives.

I had the chimney sweep come and clean the Chimney and while they did a good job i also paid for them to order and install a Damper on the top of my chimney this was an additional 285.00. they ordered the parts and so they say but never came back to install it I have called numerous times and never gotten my damper or my money back i am going to exercise my last option and take them to small claims court.
