DAY ONE HE ARRIVED AT ABOUT TEN OCLOCK AND THEN HAD TO LEAVE TO GET A PART FOR HIS PRESSURE WASHER. RETURNED IN TIME TO BREAK FOR LUNCH. SPRAYED DOWN HOUSE AND DECK. STARTED PRESSURE WASHING. LEFT ABOUT 4:30. DAY TWO ARRIVED AT 1145 FINISHED SPRAYING DOWN THEN CONTINUED PRESSURE WASHING. HE SHOWED ME STAIN COLOR AND WE REALIZED IT WAS NOT CORRECT. WE MET AT LOWES AND PURCHASED CORRECT COLOR. HIS GLASSES FELL ON THE FLOOR AND BROKE, SO HE HAD TO RETURN TO HIS BUSINESS TO GET ANOTHER PAIR. HE RETURNED AND FINISHED PRESSURE WASHING AND BEGAN STAINING. DAY THREE ARRIVED AT 10:00 AND CONTINUED TO STAIN DECK AND STEPS. I OBSERVED AND POINTED OUT AREAS THAT WERE MISSED. SMALL SECTIONS AROUND POLES. COMPLETED AT 4 P.M. INDIVIDUAL WAS PLEASENT AND WORKED ALONE IN VERY HOT AND HUMID TEMPS. ALSO HAD TO ENDURE SOME RAIN SHOWERS WHILE WORKING.
Description of Work: PRESSURED WASHED DECK, VINAL PANELS, HOUSE, DECK CHAIRS AND DECK BOXES, AND STEPS. NEXT HE STAINED DECK AND STEPS.
