Eastern Seamless Gutters

This company is fantastic. I needed two gutters installed on a new room addition and their price was more than fair. They arrived exactly when they said they would (every time) and their gutters and installation are of the highest quality. They are knowledgeable, pleasant, courteous and very efficient. An old gutter in the front of my house wasn’t working properly. I believe it caused damage to a large window I must have replaced. I asked them to take a look at it when they installed the other two gutters because the gutter ran toward the house instead of being slanted away. They came a few days before my other gutters were installed and fixed it right away. It’s raining steadily right now and thanks to the great guys at Eastern Seamless Gutters, the rain is flowing so well into the gutters! I couldn’t be happier!

Eastern Seamless Gutters came out to give me a quote, ordered the gutters and installed them all within a week of me contacting them. They are friendly and efficient..An all around great experience! (And the gutters look great on the house, too!)

A week or so after, we had our first rain storm and we noticed the water was coming out of the capped end. Apparently our shed lists to one end. We really didn't think much of it until we noticed it was eroding ground. During the installation they asked which end we wanted the down spout on and we picked the wrong ends, so it really was our fault. We finally called them up A YEAR LATER (8/1/16) and they switched everything around at no cost! Who does that? Well these guys did!

Mr. Schultz and his team did an excellent job with my gutters. After calling he showed up the next day on time and provided a solid quote and booked an appointment to install the same week. His team worked quick and installed the gutters on my house within two hours. Very polite in interactions and cleaned up the area afterwords. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing gutters in the area.

He was prompt. He actually called me back when I left a message. Which is rare around this area I am learning.

He came when he said he would and did a great job. I would definitely use him again. 5 stars.

Austin' the owner, was fabulous. I only had a small job installing gutters on just the back of my home but he and his helper treated me with respect and professionalism. They came out to do an estimate and scheduled the work for two days later. When they arrived to do the work they got right to it and finished in less that an hour. The gutters look great and they didn't leave any mess behind for me to clean up. I would hire these guys again in a second and I would recommend them to anyone!

My neighbor had told me about these guys so i decided to give it a go. I gave the number a call. Austin the owner answered and was nice, straight to the point and was easy to decide on a time of when he could come give me a free estimate. He was here on time and did it very quickly. Also, he offered to leave the estimate in the mailbox if i couldn't be here to get it from him personally. That to me was very considerate on his part. Luckily i was here to get talk to him as it turned out. He explained what i needed and if i wanted the option to get an extra drain over my porch i could for x amount. I said sure. I called him back to schedule. We had some rain get in the way but within 2 weeks they were installed. He ended up not even charging me for the extra part. Him and his crew were pretty quick with the installation and they did a thorough job. I would definitely recommend!

Austin answered the first time I called. Was very professional and polite and knowledgeable. He completed the tasks at hand in a timely manner. His work looks amazing and he's reasonably priced. David called me a few days after I sent my email in from Angies List requesting a quote.  We scheduled a time and he came out and gave me a quote.  It was half the price of the quote I got from a couple other competitors  and so I was ready to schedule.  Then, he said they only take cash.  So we had to delay a week to get the money together since they don't take credit cards.
I called Friday (Nov  9) and he said they would come out Monday (Nov 12) and that if I wasn't the first job, he'd make sure I was the second.  I was excited about the quick turn arount time.  Monday comes and they don't show.  I get a call at 1058 Monday morning saying they ran out of materials and wanted to know if it would be ok if they could come Tuesday and I said sure and he said they'd be there around 0800 to get started.  Said that was fine and I'd see them then.
I take off work on Tuesday (Nov 13) and at 1013 I called him to see what time they were coming because I hadn't heard anything and he said due to the rain they were waiting to see if it would stop because the equipment couldn't get wet but that it didn't look like it would and asked to move it to Wednesday.  Not having much choice, I agreed.
Wednesday (Nov 14), I couldn't be around so I called my house to see if they started.  They hadn't.  So I called at 0923 and David said they were at the supply store and were on thier way.  They got the gutters done in just a couple hours. 
We agreed to five downspouts in the price, but I was only given four.  Not being able to be there when they were I wasn't able to discuss it with them but looking at everything I think I can understand why.  Additionally, I spoke about burying a pipe to run the water down the hill but the downspouts behind the house are 90 degrees to the hill instead of running the way I had intended.
This probably sounds like a harsh review, but I just really would like to have been there when they installed it.  Overall I am excited about having the gutters up and they look great and I would use them again and would recommend them.  But I would encourage you to make sure you're available to be around if you have specific requests.

They finished the work within one day. We chose them because they had the best warranty, a ten-year warranty on the product and a five-year warranty on the labor. They have the best price of everyone who came out and gave us a quote.
