When they brought my car into the garage, they were pretty quick. It only took about 30 minutes.

They were up front with everything, including the price. They were on time. They ran a test on it to see what the problem was. Come to find out, the line going to the condenser was leaking. The housing to the air filter is what caused it since it was sitting on that line. They ordered the part. The next day I brought my car back in. They replaced the line in a good amount of time. Been working great ever since.

We had our towed to Doug's after it wouldn't start. We had been having ttrouble with the battery but we had the battery tasted the day before and it was not dead. We suspected there was something else going on with the vehicle that was draining the battery. I explained the problem to the receptionist and tell her that we just had a new battery put in less then a year ago. After looking it over for two days (when they specifically said they would get to it that same day and no phone call letting us know they were not able to) they said it was the battery. I asked if she was sure and she said yes. Me being not a car person at all I said okay, go ahead and replace it. They did and called back and said we also need new breaks. My husband (who is a bit smarter than I) said no we will get price quotes from other people first. We picked up the vehicle, it ran fine, great! That evening my husband was talking with a few friends (who apparently have more car smarts than and Dougs) and said your old battery should have been under warranty, and Dougs should have told you that. After contacting the garage that installed the first battery (in Florida) we found out the battery was under warranty and we just needed the physical battery back. I called Doug's and told them (the receptionist acted like she had no idea). I told her my husband would be by after work to pick it up. When my husband got there he was handed a sticky note with the information off the battery and was told the battery was disposed of. My husband was on the verge of going postal on them. He came home and tracked down a manager and explained the situation and magically the battery showed back up. Thankfully we were able to get a portion of our money back for the battery.

Now here is the best part. My husband was into auto zone and asked the gentle men who worked there where the best place was to bring our vehicles to get worked on. My husband eplained he had just brought it to Doug's. They laughed at him and specifically told him not to bring it there again and gave him the name of a small, honest garage. My husband brought in our vehicle right away to get a price quote on the brakes. The mechanic was baffled. Doug's had told us we needed the brakes replaced right away. The mechanic at the other garage said we only needed the front pads replaced but we could go another 3,000 miles and told my husband that it was something simple enough he could do himself. Doug's had givin us a price quote of $500.00!!

They are shadey and dishonest. Nothing bothers me more then people trying to take advantage of others.

They treat you like an important person. Doug’s even gives loaners when he can, when necessary. That alone can mean a whole lot.

Your car will be worked on when he says it will; You can depend on his appointment times.

As far as I know, they can work on any vehicle on the road.

Replaced six piston front disk brakes. Replaced 23and quot; Tires. Rebuilt rear disk brakes.
They waited while I located replacement parts from Racing parts sources and the parts all arrived there.

This was the best, by far, car service I have ever had anywhere. I will definitely go back for car service on both my vehicles!
