Dennis did a fine job. My problem with him is the same as with most contractors. etc, For some reason, most of them do not return phone calls/emails. They use the excuse that they were too busy. But we are supposed to respond to them. That is, we need them, they don't need us. This did not appear to be Dennis' attitude, but still the failure to communicate was there.
