I did not enjoy the experience. I did not have work done consistently and when work was done, it seemed like the workers were constantly being pulled from my job to do other pending jobs. The owner was to return to do some finishing work but never called nor showed up as he said he would once he received final payment. I believe if there was constant work being done and as scheduled and planned without workers being pulled, the job at my house would have gone smoothly and I would not have felt so discouraged about using this contractor. I have nothing against the contractor and maybe it was just the timing and the job that needed to get done to my house why I have had this experience.

The communication between the owner and the staff is very bad. I would not recommend them. We had explained serval things that we felt was wrong with the work. We never got a call back. His communication getting back to his customer is poor. I have sent a fax and called him on his cell phone. He has not responded. He never answers my phone call. The last time I spoke to him was when he was replacing my roof. They had promised that they would have it on before Christmas and that never happened. They were very messy. They had poor clean up. Trash was flying everywhere. Do not use them and find another company. This guy has poor communication.

The owner Jerry came out himself within three days after I called for an estimate.  I had to wait for a week for the written estimate due to the overwhelming number of homes that were damaged from the hurricane. 

Once i gave the ok to start, they were able to start within a week.  A crew off five came out on Monday and took off the old roof, and the next day the roof was complete!  They worked very hard from early in the morning up until 6 PM at night. 

The only issue I had was with the clean up afterwards.  Two people came out to clean up the debris, and I was very disappointed in the amount of scraps, nails, and staples that were left all over house.  I called the owner right away, and Jerry and two others came out within two hours and cleaned up for an additional hour.  I was very pleased that he personally came out to see what my complaint was and addressed it immediately.

I am thinking about having some new decks put on the house and I would use this company as a first pick!
