Crawl Space Specialists

Very upset. Paid a small fortune for it not to be done correctly. Was told they would return in 6 weeks to reshim. They didn't show and I had to call and schedule an appointment for much later. The appointment was rescheduled by them for a day I was out of town without telling me! Was told when they finally came out that it was not done correctly and they would be back in six weeks to do some more work. No show again. Now waiting for them to call back to reschedule! This has been going on for 8 months. Floor is still sagging. Cracks in walls and ceiling from not having level floors. Ridiculous. I DO NOT recommend them at all!!! (the guys that worked on the house are nice, though)

The job was completed on time and as expected. Would recommend their work to anyone.

I have waited for three weeks on Saturday for this company to show up to perform follow-up maintenance on work they did. Here it is on Saturday again they were suppose to be here at 9.00 and no show, no call. I called the office and asked for the manager and he was out of the office again. Poor customer service, poor management, and just poor over all. What a shame.

My husband and I were very satisfied with the work they did! They cleaned out all trash and debris that was under our house. Then they installed a dehumidifier to help with any moisture. They also went the extra step and hung back up some of our duct work that had fallen with no extra charge! Everything was done in a very timely manner and was an excellent job at that. We are overly satisfied with the results, as they sat and explained to us everything they were going to be doing and what the reasoning for it was. My husband and I are very happy with the crawl space specialist and strongly recommend them for anyone looking for any of the many services they offer.

What I wanted was to stop the bounce in my dining room floor.   The china on the hutch rattled when one walked near it.  I also had the same problem in several parts of the living room.  Kerry came over and convinced me to do the additional work, advising that it would keep everything dry, keep the wood stable, and, prevent mold.  
Work started 13 January 2015.   The project was not completed during the time scheduled (13-15 Jan).  The team had to come back, on three more occasions.  I foolishly paid in full on the 15th of January.  There was rework required because the concrete bases for the piers were not up to code, and the plastic was in some form of disarray.   Pressure treated wood was not used for the crawl space door and the concrete around some of the vents had to be fixed.    
Overall, there were four different teams, on four occasions.  After the originally scheduled work, which took place during the week, everything else was worked on a Saturday.   The team did not show on one Saturday, and the last workday had to be rescheduled by Crawl Space due to some scheduling problem.   The last team here in September worked hard to fix the problems,  To their credit, they wanted to make sure I was satisfied.     The bounce in the floor is not perfect, but it is finally better.  
Perhaps if the last team did the work in the beginning, I would not have had these problems, and my grading of Crawl Space would be better.    Workers smoking on my property will never be given an A rating by me for Professionalism..

Cleaned, rebuilt, installed dehumidifiers, sealed areas, and fabricated improved access ports to the crawl space.

They were at the house for five days to complete the work. They cleaned up when it was finished. Payment was half up front, another 1/4 midway and the final 1/4 upon completion.

The owner and the employees are professional. They come in and get the job done and clean up. I highly recommend them...they have done work for us 2 times now and we are very satisfied . The prices are great and the continued follow up service is impeccable .


They have now become very unprofessional. They have stolen $2000 worth of jewelry and $40 cash out of my husbands car sitting in the driveway. They stole my husband's diamond studded wedding ring. They were fighting in the front yard and broke out a window in their truck during the fight. They took a ruby ring and an 18 inch gold chain. They have been extremely unprofessional. I have to hire an inspector now to make sure they didn't mess anything up.

Since the last review almost all of my jewelry was returned but most importantly my husbands wedding band and said they would replace the gold chain. We had a meeting with Joe and he told us they will be back on December 3rd to complete the job and pay for the next inspection to make sure the job is done properly. They since have weeded out the bad employees and will be acting like professionals. I dont have a problem with the job that they were hired to do and would gladly right another review when the job is complete and passes inspection.

The company did an excellent job from the moment that I contacted them. They were prompt to return my phone calls and e-mails. They honored the discount that they had placed on Angie's list. They sent a company representative out promptly to do the estimate for the job. This visit was promptly followed up by the office, so that we could schedule the appointment. The company actually arrived one day earlier than anticipated to do the work. The crew arrived early, did the scheduled work and cleaned up their trash. The crew was very professional. The crew discussed the maintenance agreement with me before they left. I was very pleased with this company, and I would certainly recommend their services.

They were prompt and cleaned up the site pretty well. They did what they said they would do.

They arrived onto time Monday, June 18th to start work and were completed within the 3 days they estimated.  They had all of their equipment and supplies with them and were ready to begin work.  This company did a really great job fixing the foundation of our home. We have before and after photos to show the damage that needed repair and of the repairs that were made. The crew was very effecient with all their work and also cleaning up afterwards. We would defiently call them back for any other services we required in his field and would recommend him to our family & friends.

They were courteous and on time. They did the work they said they were going to do. They came when they said they would come. They went above and beyond what they said they were going to do. Overall they did an excellent job. I had hired another company and they didn't do what they were supposed to do so Crawl Space Specialists had to come in and fix their mess. They documented all the work that the other person did with pictures in case I needed documentation.  I would use them again.
