I want to thank Richard from Comfort Theory for the excellent job he did of replacing our HVAC system. The whole process was professionally done from scheduling to working with him to decide the right unit for us. As far as service excellence, he went above and beyond. We’re impressed and satisfied! The installation was completed in a timely manner and was very tidy. Richard was honest, friendly and professional. He replaced our unit for a good price and couldn’t be happier.
