We are a fully-licensed and locally-owned heating and cooling service in Jacksonville NC. We are a Rheem Team Top Contractor and service all other makes and models. We had an emergency with our air conditioning unit at our family business one early morning. As you know with any business, like most things, air conditioning is an urgent matter when dealing with the public (especially in the summer heat). We needed assistance FAST and Comfort Heating and Cooling were there right away to take care of our issue. We were able to get everything up and running safely before the doors even opened. I will definitely be referring Comfort Heating and Cooling to everyone and will be using for my home as well. Thank you Comfort Heating and Cooling!

Overall good experience. Diagnosed the heating problem quickly and accurately. Logan went out of his way to come out early on Saturday morning as soon as we called. Friendly and professional- fixed the problem as soon as our part arrived.
