My neighbor's home is "managed" by this company and unfortunately the company does
not care about the home or who they allow to rent. Our beautiful
family-friendly neighborhood has been plagued by the home's HORRIBLE
tenants for years! They never check on the property or respond to complaints, therefore what was
once a beautiful home, is now in terrible need of repairs. The home,
managed by CHOICE REALTY, is now the neighborhood "party house" with
loud, rude tenants and transient people coming and going all the time. I
called to complain and the staff is fully aware of the problems and
knowingly rented the home to a construction company to use as their
worker's hang-out! If you own property and care about your home and
neighbors, please DO NOT USE CHOICE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT to manage your
home.
