My overall experience with them was extremely positive. We worked with Art Furtney and we actually have been working with him to try to purchase a home. Their offices are awesome. The people there are welcoming and their professionalism is awesome.

Property Management
The property manger did not show up for the first three appointments that were set. I was told "I am very busy and havt too many things to do to make today's appointment." Once she did arrive she recommended we set the rent lower than a hous in our neighborhood that was smaller than ours to "help get it rented quickly." For her the difference between $1100.00 and $1250.00 for rent was $1.50 per month, for me, it was $150.00 a month. She didn't care, she just wanted to get the place rented as quickly as possible so she could start collecting money.
When I asked about the services provided by the Property Manager I was amazed to find out they really don't do anything besides collect the rent. They do not have contracted maintenance personnel. The use a list they have pulled from a phone book. They have no discounts, or contracts with anyone. If you have a water leak and they can't find a plumber that will take the job, I don't know what they will do. In the past, I have seen property managers who have an agreement with a group of plumbers, electricians, handymen, etc. that when they have a problem they call them and get the job done. Since the property manager is sending so much business their way, they have reduced prices.
Once the house was rented the renters were unable to move in for several months. The property manager said she would get estimates for painters to paint the interior of the house as well as the fence and deck. She never did. I had to do this on my own.
She did not stop by the house for 6 months while it was empty. The yard was not taken care of even though I said I would pay to have it done if she coordinated for it.
I cancelled my contract with Century 21.
When I contacted the Century 21 Headquarters to tell them about the low quality service of their office, they said it was a franchise and they did not take responsibility for the quality of their services. They said the owner/operator of the Century 21 Champion office would contact me. The never did.

I am in a nice 4 bedroom home in a good school district. I have pointed out things that are wrong with my house but we hear nothing about it from them. I am not too into them. When my lease is up in November I definitely will be looking for somebody else.
