Century 21 American Properties Inc

They were absolutely terrible.  I would never ever recommend them to anybody.  It was extremely bad, I was in North Carolina and we have to sell our house and we have a very short amount of time to sell it and we hired a realtor to sell it for us and we put $10,000 fixing it up and everything and we have to leave the next day to go to Ohio, we moved up here.  He called us and all these people been looking it up but nobody made an offer even though its listed for $20,000 less than we owe on it, and come to find out he has never shown the house one single time.  So we got two realtors.  When we bought the house, we also bought a Century 21 and they are a bunch of scam artist that over charge.  You hire them thinking they are going to do most of the work, you know, in reality they give you a huge package and pay for it and you have to sell it yourself, use that to sell it for.  When it comes to doing the job, they actually do very little and they make a lot of money for it.  He has never called one time, we always had to call him.  He was on time.

I am currently using them to put my house up for rent. They are really thorough and friendly. I rate them highly.
