Complete Home Inspection
Shawn was very knowledgeable and thorough inspector. He responded quickly and got the inspection due promptly. He explained his process and was detailed in his explanation of what he found and wouldn't be able to find. I Would definitely recommend him.

Shaun arrived in the timeframe that we had agreed to. He explained how a home inspection is conducted and the things that a home inspector can and cannot do. And asked what areas were of particular concern to me. At each stage, he explained what he was doing and what he was looking for. He pointed out both the good and bad and gave me plenty of opportunities to ask questions. In short, he was polite, thorough, a quite frankly a model for what all service personal should be.

He is very detail oriented. He will find anything that is wrong, but do not let that scare you. He is not a home buster and is willing to work with every one and will you tell like it is.
