Overall, the service was less than I had expected. Although the cleaning crews were friendly, they had a very relaxed view towards timeliness and accountability. On one occasion I called back to complain that the cleaning crew had missed a room. All I got was excuses. But when they called me today to tell me they lost my house key because they left it in a recently sold home of another patron with a similiar sounding last name, that was the final straw.
