At His Feet Flooring

Was told that one man would be doing job in my home but that he was the best and may take him 2 maybe 3 days to do. The day before a message was left on my phone that plans had changed and the owner would be doing the install of my floors but was assured that he was the best all so. Upon arrival to my home the owner shows up with two men that don't speak english well at all and turns around and leaves. I was dumb founded as the owner leaves tells me he is going to run an errand and will be back shortly. Little did I know know that meant not in my life time. I had to leave for work with these men in my home. I called and tried to leave a message for the owner. But still had to leave for work. I returned home at 8:30 pm to find my front door unlocked and open and also my back door unlocked. NOT GOOD!!!! The house is covered with dust from what I don't know. All the doors to the interior rooms removed for what reason who knows. With all their work stuff store on my back porch. There is adhesive on my walls on my bar chairs I am so mad at this point and disgusted. I speak with the owner the next day as he is at my house to finish the job. So I tell me what has happened he is focused on getting in my house does not appoligize for this at all. When I return from work that day I am in the house not 2 minutes and the owner shows up to see what I think. At this point I have not had a chance to really eval any of it. He thinks it is great. Well when he leaves I start to look around to see mismatched shoe molding with different color stain transition pcs that are cheap not sent by the mowhawk company. But cheap pcs of wood they stained. Floors sink and crack and pop adhesive all over my chairs Transtion pcs that don't meet up and are poping up around my fireplace. I call the owner he seems bothered that I have not payed the balance not concerned that I am not happy. I have since spoke with the now no longer store manager and told him of my problem and his tune was don't worry we will fix it all. I said you get no money unless I am happy. They are coming on Wed to try and fix as little as they can. I have taken pictures of all of this contacted the Mowhawk Company and had two other flooring companies give me estimate on repair of this. Everyone has said that this was a poor install job and that I should not pay anymore for what I got was alot of headache. If you see at his feet just pick up your feet and walk away don't let them in your home I learned the hard way. But all is not lost they don't have all of my money yet.
