We hired arch renovations llc back in feb 2018 to do a sliding glass door install and an addition. The sliding glass door they installed they did not complete the inside drywall or mud and the door is still off track. The addition i was told we would have a rough in in 2 weeks and completed ready to paint addition in 5. We were also told wed have workers there 35 to 40 hours a week. After 5 weeks when the addition should have been completed we only had walls and flooring. Eric Bishop and Julie Coulsey failed to do our work in the time frame they gave us, they never showed to the job except for 15 mins to 4 hours every other day IF we were lucky. Also the job was done with extreme poor workman ship we have to have it tore down and redone. Nothing was done correctly and we even gave them 3 weeks past the time frame to complete our rough in. Upon asking multiple times for a refund Julie stated we could go elsewhere but could not recieve a refund because she feels they did more than enough work. After trying multiple times to get my money back and telling julie i was unsatisfied they never returned back to finish the job nor gave me a refund. I do not recommend them at all Eric stated repeatedly it was a learning curve for him and also stated to my husband when he asked him to work at our house more that he has a family to feed and he didnt see my husband lift a hammer yet to help. We paid THEM to do our job. We shoudlnt have to HELP and we PAID just like the other customers but once the deposit is recieved you are no longer prioirty to these people.
