I think they were asking for $300. They were very professional. They told me what the prices would be without any comment; they told me what they were expecting and what they were not. They were so professional that I was sure that had I used their services they probably would have been fantastic. But then I found that there were other places that could provide the same services for much less I opted for that. I had nothing against my conversation with them it was just that I found another place that was much cheaper. It was only a 3 minute phone call.

They are really good; I have gone there for years. I never have any problems and I know the vet and the vet's assistants so I have been real happy with them.

I'm new to the area, and I just got a puppy. I saw all the wonderful reviews and I was excited to start a wonderful relationship with such a highly esteemed establishment. I have had my Great Dane puppy for 4 days, and he's only 3 months old. When we arrived, I handed the receptionist his previous vet receipts from visits to another clinic with his entire litter, as well as an unofficial hand-written record of his individual treatments in order to help her sort out the receipts. She handed the unofficial ones back before looking at them and told me nobody accepts those, which I knew. I was trying to help. Sure enough, she couldn't figure out the receipts because the breeder had taken the entire litter as well as some of her cats in all at the same time. She was even convinced the receipts were all for cats because that clinic's logo was a photo of a cat. Wow. Now keep in mind my Great Dane is very young, though very large(40lbs). The vet tech called us back and my poor guy was afraid because there were other dogs in the waiting room, and one was barking at him. He has never been around other dogs as per the breeder's request as he had only had his first round of shots. He hid under the chair, and I had to pick him up. He then proceeded to piddle because he was so frightened. Unfortunately he has a huge bladder, but the control of a puppy, so he made a LOT of pee. The tech immediately started chiding me for not socializing him, as if it were all my fault. She even recoiled at him urinating on the scale, as if that were some crazy odd thing for a puppy to do. She continued to criticize me throughout the visit. Next, an unprofessional looking man walked in the room and proceeded to examine my guy without introducing himself. I had to ask him who he was. Turns out he was Dr. Corry, one of the vets there. He wasn't rude beyond that, but he too scolded me about puppy socialization. I'm convinced that people get one look at my puppy and think he's much older than he is, so they expect so much more from him. You would think the vet, of ALL people, would know better. I wasn't told anything about his overall health, or asked if I had any questions or concerns. Overall, I left feeling very defeated and upset. I paid my bill, opted not to make a follow-up appointment, and headed home to write this review. I'm sure there are plenty of people who have excellent experiences here, but my puppy and I were both treated poorly.
