When I requested an estimate Mr. Payero came to my home at my convenience, assessed how much work would be necessary, and explained in detail what was required. I agreed to the price and we set a date for him to actually do the work.
He arrived on time for our appointment and went straight to work re-grouting our guest bathroom. He finished within the timeframe he had promised earlier and did a terrific job. My husband was really impressed with the results.
