Roofing
Owner was never present during work. His crew feigned not being able to speak English. Although new shingles were installed, it was discovered later due to dips and sags in the roof that rotted wood had not been replaced! Additionally, in certain areas the felt paper had not been replaced either. After several attempts to contact owner, he finally returned call but refused to come and view damage. His remark was "what are you gonna do, sue me?" I did just that! The courts agreed that he was at fault and held liable. Unfortunately, he claimed he was no longer in business. That was a year ago! At this time, he still has not refunded my money in accordance with the court order. Very unprofessional individual!
