After waiting 2 days for a plumber to arrive (one delay was due to a vehicle breakdown - understandable), but 2 days?? When the plumber arrived he looked under the house and gave me an estimate of $450.00 to fix a slow drip in the refrigerator feed line.  I turned down the repair and called a different plumber. The plumber I called came out in 1 hour, fixed the leak, moved the refrigerator shut off valve under the sink and was done in 1 hour . . . at a cost of $200.00.

1st plumber installed the water heater which failed due to an incorrect bleed off of air in the tank. This caused the upper heating element to fail causing a 2nd plumber to come fix the poor install. Loss of my time and expenditure of my leave from work.

He actually showed up earlier then expected. He took a look at the problem and had everything done under an hour. He even replaced a piece that wasn't part of the issue for free. Overall cost was very reasonable and gave him extra for his professionalism.

Plumber was on time and performed all tasks quickly and efficiently. Repairs were preventative and non emergency updates. Was very satisfied.

They are great. They are punctual, professional and reasonable. They kept us informed what was going on.

On 1/214, we had attempted to install a new toilet as a DIY project. Once we got the old toilet out, we realized that the original toilet had been installed in a jacked-up way and the fix was beyond our comfort or skill level. On 1/3/14 I called ABC Plumbing at approximately 0830 and left a message on voice mail. Call was returned about 15 minutes later. I explained the problem and I was told that they could be over at approximately 1230 pm. They arrived at 1150 am. I showed them the problem, they evaluated the situation and said they were going to get the parts and that they would be back around 2 pm. At about 1:50 pm they arrived back with all the parts and went to work. They did everything that needed to be done, and cleaned up. By 2:40 pm they were done.
They were on time, very friendly, cleaned up after themselves, and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!

As luck would have it, I walked down the stairs and what do you know? It is flooded. I contacted ABC the next morning at around 8:00 a.m. and they assured me they would find the problem and fix it between 12-12:30 p.m. At about 12:45 p.m., Mr. Robert had yet to show. I gave him a call which was not answered. Mr. Robert called me back at around 2:15 p.m. to tell me he was now on his way. At this time, I had already solicited someone else's services. Needless to say, I will not be using this plumbing company again. I understand that things come up, but at least be professional enough to call the client and give them a heads up.

This is the second time we have called Robert for plumbing services. Our first service call to him was so professionally done, and Robert is such a pleasant and knowledgeable person, we had to call him again. We are so happy to have found a plumber that we can trust. The bathroom toilets (2 in our house and 1 in our other property) needed the entire inner tank components replaced, the bathroom sink faucets looked like the original faucets that came with the house and sorely needed to be replaced. We also requested that a hand held shower head be installed in the shower/tub off the master bedroom. Robert and his son came the next day after we called him and took care of the jobs quickly and of course in a very professional manner. When he finished, everything was so neat you couldn't even tell work had been done! For any of our future plumbing plans, we are absolutely going to call Robert again.

Provider arrived a evaluated the leak. Didn't tell me that they couldn't do a simple repair until they had completely knocked out my bath room wall. I would have planned better if I knew. The overall job was done well. The leak repaired nicely but I think it was a but pricey.

They showed up about 15 min late but once they arrived they went straight to work. They removed the old heater and then read the instructions for the new heater, I had already purchased, and left to get the appropiate speciality equipment. They cut my shelving for proper fitment and even took the old heater for no extra charge. Everything turned out great with no issues. I olny wish they took credit cards.

Two gentlemen arrived for the job. They were about 30 minutes late which was acceptable to me. They evaluated my plumbing problem in a timely fashion and corrected it. The plumber seemed very interested in correcting my plumbing problem and not in performing an unnecessary but more expensive job, and I greatly appreciated that. The plumber and his assistant explained what my problem was and what they were going to do to repair the problem. They answered my many questions sincerely. I will definitely use this plumbing service again.

The guy was great. He was very reasonable. He showed up on time. He did the job in one day. After he sealed the gap underneath the commode, it looks neat. When we called him, he gave us an estimate and gave us a correct estimate. He came on time like he said he would. He took a couple of hours to do the work. The price was fantastic and excellent.

While replacing my washing machine I noticed a drip from the cold water faucet. I called Robert on Monday evening and scheduled an appointment for Wednesday morning. Robert arrived on time. I requested that he replace the hot water faucet as well, since both faucets were original to the house and it would only be a matter of time before the other would fail. I also asked that Robert put an extension on the cold water pipe to make the faucet more accessible, which he did. When he used the inside shut off valve to turn the water off we discovered that it didn't quite turn the water off all the way and he had to shut it off at the road. I asked if he would replace that valve also and he said it wasn't necessary, that it did a good enough job for what it was there for. However, that week I had to turn off the house water to fix another plumbing issue and because the inside valve did not work I had to turn it off at the road, but did not have the proper tool to do so, which made the job much more difficult than it had to be. So, because that valve did not get replaced I am not giving Robert an excellent score. I do think his price was a little high.

I SHOWED THE REPAIRMAN THE PROBLEM AND HE EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT HAPPENED AND WHY. HE THEN ASKED IF WE HAD COPPER PIPES. WE DO. HE NOTED THAT IT MAY BREAK A PIPE IN THE WALL IF HE TRIED TO REMOVE THE FAUCET. HENCE, HE ATTEMPTED TO USE THE ORIGINAL DIVERTER TO REPAIR THE PROBLEM. IT WORKED.

Everything went fine, schedule appointment to do repair, showed up completed repair which solved my water problem.

What a wonderful experience! We called ABC Plumbing yesterday, and Robert showed up today and took care of our plumbng problem. Robert is the friendliest, most professional plumber we've ever dealt with! He not only fixed the problem, but walked us through each step and answered all of our questions. We will definitely be calling on him again in the future, and will recommend him to anyone that needs plumbing services.

The were great, i called them around 10 in the morning and they told me they can come by lunch time. I was surprised when they showed up promptly at 12. Never expected that. then on top of that they charged me exactly what they quoted me over the phone,( which was 100 dollars less than roto rooter). They did the job quickly and then we shook hands and they were off. Very professional and i will definately call them again if the need arises.
