ARRIVED TWO DAYS PRIOR TO SERVICE. WE SPOKE ABOUT WHAT WAS TO BE DONE AND WE ASKED EACH OTHER QUESTIONS FOR CLARIFICATION, AS WE WALKED AROUND PROPERTY. HE QUOTED ME A PRICE AND WE AGREED AS TO WHEN WORK WOULD BE DONE. UPON ARRIVAL, HE WENT RIGHT TO WORK, AND DID ALL THAT WAS REQUIRED. HE WAS QUICK AND EFFICIENT.
