A-1 Pressure Washing

He has done well over the years I have used him. The job he has done has been adequate in the past and I would use him again. However, dependability about showing up as promised has been an issue. Most recently 4/2014 he has failed to show up when he has scheduled. I have a deadline, and I've had to get someone else. Bobby is not the most professional, nor does his techniques rank the best, but he's a hard-working lone businessman who tries to do a good job.

They were average. Their were some marks on the concrete and they didn't clean up the spots but it wasn't really bad. They were responsive and their price was reasonable.

They damaged my home but never told me. They were unprofessional by not letting us know. I will not be using them again.

They were reasonably prices, and they did a fantastic job! I was at work when the job was done, and I came home to a pleasant surprise. I thought for sure that for the amount I paid, they were going to do a so so job. I was so pleased with their work!

I used A-1 in 2008 when I first moved here. I paid $150.00. I used someone else in 2010. I called A-1 back in 2012 and he quoted me the same price. I asked how much to do my shed as well--he said no charge. I did not have any special requests--I do have a deck with patio furniture and they covered it--no damage. They came when they said they would and did what they said they would. I will call them next time when I need the house pressure washed. Very satisfied.

He did a good job.

The gentleman arrived on time, hooked up his equipment ans atarted cleaning the siding. He assured me the cleaning solution was no problem for the flowers and grass. The aggreed upon fee was slightly more than just cleaning the siding becasue it included cleaning the gutters. However, when he finished, he stated that there wasn't that much in the gutters and didn't charge the extra amount of money for that service. All told he was there for right at one hour. I was very pleased with his service and work. The siding was nice and clean

They were outstanding. They were here on time and got done quickly. Everything was good. I plan to use them again.

Billy was over an hour late but he did a fantastic job cleaning the exterior of the house.

Prompt and always keeps homeowner updated. Easy to reach via phone. Answers all questions and explains exactly what will be done. Has kept to the original estimate. Finished job on time as promised.
